30-09-2009 - Top marks for Marathon Group at the 2009 La Rochelle TV Festival!

Both Marathon Group’s programs in competition were awarded the highest prizes:

- Best Primetime Mini-series for Who Killed Little Red Riding Hood? (2x90’ for France 3), a dense, nail-biting thriller directed by Serge Meynard and produced by Sandra d’Aboville.

- Best Short Program for Married to the Job (90x1’45’’ for M6), a hilarious series created and directed by Benjamin Guedj, and produced by Stéphane Moatti.

Thumbs up for Sandra d’Aboville and Stéphane Moatti, who were rewarded for their original and innovative productions.

Marathon Group was the star company at this year’s La Rochelle TV Festival: both opening and closing screenings were of coproductions by Marathon: The Boarding School (Léonis / Gaumont & Marathon), soon to come on M6, and Canal+ new series Braquo (Capa Drama & Marathon) , directed by Olivier Marchal.
Both received a very enthusiastic and warm welcome from the audience of the Festival.
